New USPS^® Postage Rates - January 27th, 2013

• First-Class^® Letter:
• 1 oz - Increase from $0.45 to $0.46
• 2 oz - Increase from $0.65 to $0.66
• 3 oz - Increase from $0.85 to $0.86
• 3.5 oz - Increase from $1.05 to $1.06

• Certified Mail™ Service:
• From $2.95 to $3.10

• Return Receipt Service:
• From $2.35 to $2.55

• Certificate of Mailing:
• Increase from $0.42 to $0.44* (for non-certified firm mailing books only)

• Flats:
• 1 oz – From $0.90 to $0.92
• 2 oz - Increase from $1.10 to $1.12
• 3 oz - Increase from $1.30 to $1.32
• 4 oz - Increase from $1.50 to $1.52

• Return Receipt Electronic:
• $1.25, no change

• Caller Service Box (Per 12 month period):
• Increase from $1,210 to $1,220
