Do I need to have Word or WordPerfect to be able to use the WCM Plus™ software?
No, WCM Plus™ can be installed as a standalone software tool that can be run from your desktop. The ability to launch from within Word or WordPerfect is optional.

When printing for the first time, the alignment is not correct. How can I resolve this?
WCM Plus™ has a Margin Setup tool that allows you to easily define where you want to print on the form. To establish your margins, launch WCM Plus™ and navigate to the Setup Screen located at the lower right hand side of the main WCM Plus™ screen. Clink on the Print tab. Default margins are set to 25 for both the top and left margins. Adjust the top margin appropriately (for example, if you are printing 2 lines too high, adjust to 60 or 65 for the top margin, save settings, and then try printing again). We recommend using regular paper to test and laying the printed sheet over our form.

Why does the weight stop at 13 oz. within the WCM Plus™ program?
First-Class™ postage is calculated by weight up to 13 oz. Weight in excess of 13 oz. is based upon zone rates. Please reference your USPS® zone chart for an accurate postage amount.

I am a user of the WCM Plus™ program, and my icons have disappeared within Word or WordPerfect. How can I install the icons without reinstalling the whole program?
On your Start Menu, navigate to Start/Program Files/Walz Postal Solutions/WCM Plus™/Install Options and follow the wizard to install your desired icons

What is the best way to process multiple transactions within WCM Plus™?

I am a Walz Postal Software customer currently using version 2.4.5 and I am unable to track my article numbers via USPS®. Why can’t I track my Certified Mail™?
One benefit of using the Walz Postal Software is the ability to print your own barcode to our Walz Mailers. Embedded in your 20-digit article number is your company’s DUNS number (from Dun & Bradstreet) that must be registered with the USPS® (Special Services). If uncertain, please contact our support to assist you with this. |

What should I do if I get a .Net Framework 2.0 error during the installation of WCM Plus™?
If .Net Framework 2.0 is not installed, click Yes and the installer will install .Net Framework 2.0, then it will install WCM Plus™.
If .Net Framework 2.0 is installed, click Cancel for installation of the .Net Framework 2.0, then it will install WCM Plus™.
If .NET Framework incompatible error appears, click OK. WCM Plus™ will continue to install. |
