Bart Falzarano
Chief Information Security Officer
Bart Falzarano is Chief Information Security Officer at the Walz Group and has over 20 years of experience in federal regulatory compliance in multiple industries such as financial services, government, engineering consulting, nuclear technology and utilities. Bart has been responsible for establishing the information security and compliance program for the company and also managed its technology infrastructure.
Bart holds two United States Patents, #5432294 and #5293155 on UL and CSA- listed and approved life-safety evacuation products with several million installations worldwide. Prior to Walz, Bart held technology and management positions at Entriq (acquired by NASPERS), Temecula Valley Bank (acquired by Citizen’s Bank), Southern California Edison and Endymion.
Bart’s security certifications include CISSP and CISM, with technology certifications of CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, MCSE, MCP and CIPT (VoIP) and Cisco Data Center Fabric computing (DCUCI, DCUFI). Bart graduated (Dean’s List and Honor Society) from Union Technical Institute in New Jersey with combined studies in computer science and electrical engineering.

Leo Portillo
Vice President, Application Development
Leo Portillo is Vice President of Application Development at the Walz Group. Leo co-developed, designed, and architected Walz's software platform, CertifiedPro™. Leo oversees the software development of Walz’s core products, and is responsible for the application development team which is currently designing Walz’s next-generation software platform.
Prior to Walz, Leo spent 12 years at software consulting firms. During this time, he was responsible for the design and development of a workforce management solution for one of the largest movie theater groups in the nation. Leo managed the Application Engineering team at Kronos Incorporated, one of the premiere workforce management and payroll software platforms.
Leo graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has held the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) certification.

Carlo Mitchell
Vice President, Integration Engineering
Carlo Mitchell is Vice President of Integration Engineering at the Walz Group. Carlo has over 15 years of experience in software development and architecture, and has utilized that extensive experience as co-developer, designer, and architect of Walz's software platform, CertifiedPro™.
Prior to Walz, Carlo worked with San Diego-based AcuCorp with responsibility for corporate CRM systems, website management, various IT systems and SQL databases. Carlo has also served in the Army Reserves as a Medic for 8 years.
Carlo graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Coleman College CIS Program.

Robyn Arreola
Vice President, Client Implementation
Robyn Arreola currently serves as VP, Client Implementation and has served over 17 years with Walz Group. Her innate passion for exceptional customer service, a strong dedication to quality client management and solving business challenges, demonstrate her organizational and strategic expertise in client relations and implementation. During her tenure at Walz, Robyn has successfully lead our production department, implemented HR policies and procedures, and established a nationwide dealer network to include training and technical support.
On a personal note, Robyn is a passionate supporter of the military; often coordinating gift drives and donations for active duty Marines and their families while on deployment.

Kevin Miller
Vice President, Controller
Kevin Miller serves as VP Controller at Walz Group and has over 20 years in extensive finance, accounting and operational management in a number of diverse industries including retail/wholesale distribution, manufacturing, information technology, and financial services. Prior to joining Walz, Kevin held the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position for C2:8 and NOTW where he was responsible for multiple companies improving operations, business growth and maximizing profits through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls, and productivity/efficiency improvements.
Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated from University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
