WALZ Remote Print & Mail (Fully Machinable Application)

Rev up your existing mailing equipment with WALZ Remote Print & Mail (RPM). RPM is Walz' Certified Mail™ Web Services platform that quickly and seamlessly integrates into existing production lines. Walz RPM is designed specifically for Company Mail Rooms and Mail Shops that send large volumes of Critical Mail™ from one centralized location. By using RPM, Walz clients experience the advantage of sending Certified Mail™ and other Critical Mail™ applications without changing internal processes.

Implement a competitive advantage with RPM and watch your company excel in the Critical Mail™ arena with confidence, knowing that Walz is processing all the data which allows you to remain focused on your core strength - executing the mail.

Advantages:

  1. No business process changes for you, your equipment or your IT systems (100% compatible)
  2. No additional labor to peel and stick postal forms (fully machinable solution)

Key Features:

  • Data is merged through our fast and intuitive system
  • Full accountability of every piece
  • Automated manifest documentation and access to mail event data, 24/7/365 (branded for your shop)
  • Comprehensive Real-Time tracking for end-to-end mailing data, updated 6 times per day
  • Postage savings of $1.20 per letter when utilizing Return Receipt Electronic
  • Return Receipt images posted to your account within minutes of receiving signatures from USPS®

Functionality:

With RPM there is no expensive or complicated software application to learn. After being set up, free of charge, each client gains secure access to either FTPS or VPN connectivity where they simply drag and drop address lists directly to the Walz SFTP environment. Through automated process controls, Walz processes and imports the lists, writes each record and creates a PDF stream of security cover pages for each corresponding address and posts to the client's folder. Additionally, Walz internal CertifiedPro™ software can cleanse all addresses using CASS® or Fast Forwarding® services. The client receives the PDF stream from Walz allowing them the ability to print a security sheet and interleave to a variable document print stream for 100% machinable inserting into a Walz provided custom Certified Mail™ or First-Class® envelope.

Firm Mailing Book:

Once the client has completed the printing and inserting process, they will request the production of a Firm Mailing Book by notifying the system of the article numbers that are ready for mailing. Walz will then process the request, write records and produce a firm mailing book (proof of mailing for Certified Mail™ and Certificate of Mailing™). Walz will post a PDF of the Firm Mailing Book to the SFTP site. Once posted, it is downloaded by the client and sent with the mail to the Post Office™ or presort house for "round-date" (proof of mailing) approval.

Tracking:

Once mailed, each client mail shop can assign unique access for each of their clients and will be given 24/7/365 access to www.walzgroup.com/trackright - a password-protected, two-way encrypted data management tool where clients can track all of their outbound mail including Certified Mail™, Return Receipt Electronic, Certificate of Mailing™, or standard First-Class® Mail. Full mail event history including mail date and delivery date as well as proof of delivery signatures can be stored on CertifiedProTracking.net. Additionally, clients have the option for Walz to manage all of their returned mail where each piece is imaged and catalogued on www.walzgroup.com/trackright so that the client has immediate access to all images and data allowing them to run reports and search records. Customized output documents and services are also available upon request as well as the option for Walz Secured Outsourcing.
