35662 - 3 Part Continuous Certified Mailer Label Version

This is the Certified Sticker with the 3800 Receipt. Use the Certified Sticker for the package you are sending and the Receipt for your records and making inquiries.

Step 1
Using a Dot Matrix printer or typewriter type the Address the letter or package is going to on the white Addressed To: label. Then peel label and attach to the letter or package. Please notice the information previously printed or typed on the label is now on the Return Receipt so when returned you have an accurate record of where you mailed it and all without the extra work of creating a mailing label.

Step 2
Detach the Certified Mail end of the form and attach the gummed Return Receipt Requested Certified Mail label to the letter or package

Step 3
Detach the Domestic Return Receipt portion of the form and peel off the removable liners to expose the adhesive. Attach to letter or package. Your item is now ready for delivery to the post office.
